Dear Dr. Walsh,

Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment you gave me when I had the knee surgery.  You were also patient and kind enough to take the time to explain the surgery and how it could work.  I thought it was especially nice the day you dismissed me to give me your card to keep in my purse, and to call if I ever needed you for a problem.

Bless you for taking good care of me!

Dr. Lorio,
Thank you so much for your expert care and continuous concern for my full recovery. In addition to being an outstanding doctor, you are also a remarkable person. I really appreciate your kind and caring spirit, I have no doubt that God guides you everyday in all that you do and that is such a comfort to me and my family. Thank you for allowing me to be your patient. God bless you now and always.

Dear Dr. Lorio,
My arm is doing so well. Thanks to your surgery and care. Dr. Sellers took the “hardware” off Monday in surgery and did not need to put a plate. Please know that you have a place to visit and stay anytime you and your family visit New Orleans. Again, thank you so much.

Words could never experess my sincere thanks for all the care you gave me in Benton. That was a very bad time in my life and I am so thankful that you were there for me. I will never forget your kindness. God bless you.

Fondly,
Nell Faulkner

My name is James Tully. I have suffered with knee pain for over 10 years. Dr. Lorio told me when I got tired of the pain, he would replace them. So, on October 24th, 2011 he performed Bilateral Total Knee Replacement surgery. Dr. Lorio, his office staff and the Saline Memorial Hospital nursing staff explained the surgery and answered all of my questions. Now, 8 weeks after surgery and rehab, I have no knee joint pain. My only regret is that I didn’t have them replaced sooner. As far as I’m concerned, this surgery experience could not have gone any better.

Dr. Walsh —
I can’t put into words how truly thankful, grateful, and blessed I am for all the care, kindness, and tenderness you have shown me!  I thank God that he put me in your care.  I sing your praises every day.  I will forever be grateful to you all.  Bless You.

Dear Dr. Lorio,
I wanted to thank you for repairing my arm. If it wasn’t for you and your skills, I would have lost the use of my arm. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Walsh,
I want to take a minute and thank you for your wonderful bedside manner with Mom!  She can be very nervous at times and you were very sweet with her.

Dr. Walsh and staff,
I want to express my appreciation for your professionalism and consideration during the treatment of my broken arm on Easter Sunday.  I’m sorry I didn’t break it at a more convenient time, and that you all had to deal with it on the holiday.  Again, I really am thankful for your help.

Dear Lorio and Staff,
I wanted to let you know how much you’re appreciated. You show such compassion and I have all the confidence in you and your staff. Everyone is so courteous and pleasurable in your office. They’re always smiling!

I appreciate what you’ve also done for my mother. You’ve helped her so much. We pray God will bless you all.

May you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Dear Dr. Lorio,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of me with my total knee replacement.

We had met over a year prior to my surgery wabout my kneed and you gave me a shot but told me more than likely a total knee replacement was in my future. The shot helped for a while, but the same old pain came back. After many painful days, many difficult days at work and a hard time keeping up with the family during our vacation, I decided it was time to get my kneed fixed.

Before the surgery, you told me exactly what to expect as far as hospital stay and recovery time. I was in the hospital for two days, left on crutches and was walking with no help in six days. The first two weeks were not easy, but you had me prepared for that. After two weeks, every day was better than the day before. My physical therapist told me that I had the best fitting knee and the easiest knee to rehabilitate that he had ever seen.

Your office staff filed all of my insurance papers including my disability paperwork. They had to constantly communicate back and forth with the insurance companies to make sure they had all of the information they needed to pay the claims and to get my disability started.

Over four months later, I walk better than I have in years, with no limp and no knee pain. You told me it would take a year for full recovery but I feel like it is just right around the corner.

I am so glad I came to you for my surgery and recommend you all the time to people I meet who have problems with their joints because I think YOU’RE THE MAN!!

Sincerely,
Eddy Mitchell

Dr. Walsh,
Thank you so much for meeting us at your office to cast my son’s arm last week!  We really appreciate it!  We were able to meet the youth camp bus in Maumelle and he had a great camp experience after all.  Your willingness made it possible!  Thanks so much!

Dr. Walsh,
Two years ago today, a man was brought into the ER at Saline Memorial with traumatic injuries resulting from a motorcycle accident.  He was in terrible shape with his left leg having been crushed.  It was a horrible thing to happen.  But if it had to happen, I am so glad you were the one who put him back together.  I truly believe in my heart that things could have been so much worse if you had not been the one who took care of him, you and the staff at Saline that worked on him for a month.  So as I sit here crying today, grateful that he is not only alive but also functional, I want you to know that I thank God for you and everyone who took such good care of my brother.
